I am a strategic designer, creative leader, and entrepreneurial problem-solver with a passion for building sustainable solutions for ocean conservation projects.

With years of experience in building brands, products, and services, my career has been driven by a focus on innovation and recently more informed environmental stewardship.

For three years, I had the privilege of leading and curating a community-led Service Design Fringe Festival for service designers. This experience allowed me to foster a vibrant, collaborative environment where designers could share insights, learn from one another, and develop new approaches to service design. The festival not only strengthened the community but also highlighted the benefits of co-creation and the power of collective intelligence in solving complex design challenges.

My journey has taken me through various roles where I’ve had the opportunity to shape and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the needs of people are at the forefront of every project. I thrive on creating bridges across diverse communities, fostering collaboration and inclusivity to drive impactful change.

Throughout my career, I have consistently championed initiatives that blend cutting-edge technology with sustainable practices.

My work in developing digital services for sailors, enhancing navigation tools, and promoting engagement with NGOs, collaborating on sensitive research with Resting Reef star-up is a testament to my dedication to ocean conservation and environmental advocacy.

Whether I'm facilitating workshops, guiding creative projects, or strategizing with stakeholders, my goal remains the same: to create meaningful, sustainable solutions and support the communities that depend on them.

Workshop Design & Facilitation

I design and facilitate workshops for internal teams as well as diverse stakeholders. The goal is always to align, gather requirements, generate ideas, or co-design solutions.

Research

From market insights & trends to testing service/product at different phases I have experience recruiting, designing and conducting qualitative and quantitive research to assess the desirability, feasibility and viability.

Tools for Sustainable Organisation

Strategy Canvas, Business Models, Journey Mapping, Service Blue and other I use powerful tools that can significantly enhance the design and delivery of services while deeply understanding the needs of different stakeholders within the organisation.

Creative direction & quality implementation

I am a strong advocate of building not only seemless but inspiring experiences. With the former experience working in advertising industry I care about a good brief, meaningful yet playful ideation and high quality implementation.

Design & User Experience

To demonstrate the customer experience and build design systems. I use Figma to enhance collaboration and to test and iterate quickly.
